    Are you looking for an animal sounds app? Well search no more! Sounds of Animals Quiz has all you need. In fact, Sounds of Animals Quiz is a 3 in 1 app. Meaning that we have put together three applications in one.  You and your child can hear what all of the animals sound like, and there is also a quiz you can take to see how well you can identify each animal sound, and animals soundboard, where you can mix a number of animals to have sounding simultaneously.

     

    * It is an application designed to provide families with fun and enjoyment. You can add this app to your family game night and watch the kids light up with excitement! Of course, this app isn't just for fun, your children (and you!) will learn about animals from all over the world.

    * These are not your typical farm animal sounds. We have included animals from around the globe, spanning 4 continents. How about taking an African Safari and hear the roar of the king of the jungle? How about the trumpet of a giant elephant? Then take a trip to the Australian outback and hear the cry of the Tasmanian devil. We have also included animals from Asia as well as the Americas. 

    * Navigating through the application is a snap. It has around 40 different sounds in total and a quiz spanning 15 questions.

    * If you would like to know some interesting facts about each animal, just tap on the "Wiki" page button, and read all you need from Wikipedia.

    * Audio/visual experience - you have pictures of all the animals grouped by the continent in which they mainly reside. Tap on any animals' icon and hear them come to life!

    * Quiz - once you have gone through all of the animal sounds, you can take one of four Sounds of Animals quizzes. Here you will be played a sound of one of the animals, and have 4 options to choose from. Sounds easy right? Well, it may be more challenging then you think.  It is a really good way to train an audio memory.

    * Are you getting annoyed of your alarm clock, then the wake up timer is perfect for you. Just set to your favourite animal sound and put on the time you or your kids want to wake up and wake up to the sound of animals.

    * Soundboard JungleMix this is a place where you can combine a mix of different animals' sounds to play simultaneously for you.  These animal sounds can be layered on top of an ambient nature backing track, consisting of a thunder storm, cricket and grasshopper sounds. It can give you a unique combination of animals. All sound files here are running in a loop until you stop the application.

    African animals - African fish eagle, elephant, hippo, Columbus monkey, lion, hyena, mandrill, baboon, gorilla and chimp.

    American animals - bear, cougar, jaguar, rattlesnake, coyote, moose, donkey, wolf, turkey and  spider monkey.

    Asian animals - Asian Koel, gibbon, camel, tiger, cat, leopard, chipmunk, horse, cow and raccoon.

    Australian animals - crocodile, Kookabura, dingo, kangaroo, goat, koala lemur, sheep, Tasmanian devil and snake.

     

     

    Navigation Instructions

    Audio experience

     

    * To start listening, launch the application, and tap on any icon to hear a sound.

    * To stop listening one sound, tap on an icon with its picture.

    * To open a Wiki page, tap on “Wiki” button.

    Please note, you need to have an active network connection for this feature to work.

    * To enable the wakeup timer you need to select a soundtrack first and tap on “Save” button.

    Please note, as with all third party alarm based applications, this application should run without switching to other apps. After you enabled the timer, leave the application running, don’t exit it. You can lock your iPhone, to save iPhone battery life.

     

    Quiz

     

    * To start any quiz, just tap on “Quiz”. Tap on “Tap Here” button, listen to the sound, and select from four available options. If you select the correct animal you will hear a melodic alert sound and a new question will be shown. If the wrong animal is chosen, you will hear a short error buzz sound.

    * To see your results select “Tap Here to See Results”

    * To get back to the home screen, tap on a “Quit Quiz” button.

     

    Soundboard

     

    * To start Jungle Mix soundboard, just tap “Soundboard”.

    * To start to listen to a sound, tap on any icon.  You can mix with other sounds, by tapping another animal icon.

    * To stop listening specific animal tap on its icon. 

    * To stop listening all birds tap on “Stop Sounds”
